Our shipping rates are based on a standard service, if you require an express or overnight delivery please advise - these will however cost more and this will be advised at the time of the enquiry.
NOTE Deliveries to Rural (RD) addresses will incur a $4 surcharge
As stock on all items is held by us, your order will be packed and ready for shipment by the next business day following your order placement.
In the unlikely event that an order item is not available or you have a special order we will contact you immediately to advise of expected despatch time.

You will receive an e mail once your order has been despatched with your tracking number, delivery time from there is in the hands of the courier but these are approximately as follows:
Auckland - 2 to 3 days
North Island - 3 to 4 days
South Island - 4 to 6 days
To ensure the fastest delivery it is essential that the address given is very clear.
As our orders are delivered by courier - sorry we cannot delivery to PO Boxes
Queen of Hearts lovingly pack your item(s), so it not only looks great but is well protected for its transit. If in the unlikely event your order arrives and it has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately.
If possible please take photos of the damaged package, and also of the damaged item.
We will advise details of collection of the item(s) and once we receive the item(s) we will replace the item or issue a credit as per our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Damage claims must be made within 3 days of receipt.
As our customer your happiness is very important to us here at Queen of Hearts, so it is important that you know what you are getting. Please make sure you make your selection carefully, reading descriptions, looking at product images, refer to sizing and other details on each product listing. If you receive your order and are not happy please contact us immediately to discuss, and we will try and help remedy the situation.
Please note that if an exchange has been agreed, the return courier cost is at your expense. Product that are returned must be in new, unused condition, undamaged and must come with the the original receipt. Once the product has been received and inspected to ensure it meets these criteria, the replacement item will be sent. This will be treated as a new order so will be subject to standard shipping costs.
