RETURNS / REFUNDS

RETURNS:

As our customer your happiness is very important to us here at Queen of Hearts, so it is important that you know what you are getting.  Please make sure you make your selection carefully, reading descriptions, looking at product images, refer to sizing and other details on each product listing. We are always here to help if you have any questions or need any clarification during your selection process.

If you receive your order and are not happy please contact us immediately to discuss, and we will try and help remedy the situation.

Please note that if an exchange has been agreed, the return courier cost is at your expense.  Product that are returned must be in new, unused condition, undamaged and must come in the original packaging and with the the original receipt.  Exchanges must be received by us within 14 days of purchase. Once the product has been received and inspected to ensure it meets these criteria, the replacement item will be sent. All shipping costs during an exchange process will be yours.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or returns on sale items 

 

REFUNDS:

All of our product is carefully inspected prior to shipping, if however there is a manufacturing fault with the product, we will either replace the product(s), repair them or offer a refund.

Faulty goods must be returned with an original sales receipt, and must be an obvious defect and not the result of normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.

Please note that as many of our products are handmade, small marks and irregularities are part of the products uniqueness and individuality, and therefore these would not be deemed faulty.

DAMAGES:

Queen of Hearts lovingly pack your item(s), so it not only looks great but is well protected for its transit.  If in the unlikely event your order arrives and it has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately.

If possible please take photos of the damaged package, and also of the damaged item.

We will advise details of collection of the item(s) and once we receive the item(s) we will replace the item or issue a credit as per our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Damage claims must be made within 3 days of receipt.
